MEET MARGARITA MAZARIEGO
ALWAYS IN OUR HEARTS
1928-2023
Our founder, Margarita Mazariego, started this nonprofit organization with the vision of supporting charitable causes, rescuing pets, providing study programs, feeding the poor, and reaching out to communities. She believed that every small act of kindness can make a big difference and we strive to inspire others to make a positive change in their communities. Margarita’s Kindness is dedicated to continuing her legacy of spreading love, kindness and compassion. As a devoted member of the Pentecostal church, Margarita believed in the power of faith, empathy, and goodwill. Her many mission trips abroad, including to her native country of El Salvador; Colombia, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Peru, and Mexico, allowed her to make an impact on the lives of countless people. We strive to honor Margarita's spirit of kindness and compassion by continuing her work in these communities and beyond.
Our Church Program
We believe in giving back to the community, especially when it comes to helping with church repairs and maintenance. That's why we're proud to offer our raffle program, where proceeds go directly to the Church of Perulapia in El Salvador. We believe that everyone should have access to a space where they can worship and connect with their community. Helping Those in Need
This is Alicia, she's blind. She is one such individual who was struggling to make ends meet, and we were able to provide her with the financial aid she needed to put food on the table and afford her basic necessities.
Every donation that we receive goes directly towards helping individuals like Alfredo and others in our community who are facing difficult circumstances. This is Marleny, she lives in Costa Rica. She recently got the surgery she needed to take back her life. Marleny is now on the road to recovery, and we couldn’t have done it without the support of our donors and Margarita's private funds.

We are passionate about helping stray animals and promoting responsible pet ownership. Our team works closely with volunteers and other organizations to provide veterinary care and find loving homes for animals in need. Hi! My name is Isabelle Mazariego. I’m a recent College graduate from Radford University, I am thrilled to be a volunteer at Margarita’s nonprofit. All efforts are dedicated to supporting the people in poverty and stray animals of El Salvador and its surroundings. Our organization is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of both people and animals, and we are fully committed to ensuring that no animal goes unheard or forgotten. Whether it's providing food and shelter to stray animals, or donating household goods, money and supplies to underprivileged communities, we are dedicated to making a difference in the world.
